Summer of 2004 I did a 25 day modified Master Cleanse Fast, followed by a liver flush.

On The Master Cleanse you are to drink a quart of warm salt water to flush your intestinal tract each day. The very first salt water drink I did, I passed a gallstone the size of a full walnut.

During my first Liver Flush I passed hundred maybe 2 hundred small stones. I did two more after that pretty succesfully. Flushes 4 & 5 were total disasters in that I couldnt even keep the oil down - it literally came back up as I was drinking it. I did those 2 to help alleviate the severe gallstone attacks I was having - which I never had prior to flushing. Since that summer I have suffered with continual pain in the gallbladder region although the ultrasound showed no stones.

There are more gentle ways out there - check out the Liver Flush Forum - I think Andreas has recommended a better way to cleanse the liver with out the drastic flush.
