See if you can get to use an InfraRed Sauna in your area. lots of benifit for getting toxins out of the skin.

Alos read "Detox or Die". Great read, lots of advise.

Also investigate the making use of Kombucha. Im seeing that it has ENORMOUS benfits for detox and fighting candida. Search yahoogroups for more on this and also on Kefir.Both are LOW COST AWESOME results tools.
