I don't get it. Everyone is talking about eating an alkaline diet when beating candida. But I always heard that what causes vaginal yeast infection (which is my huge problem) is the pH in the vagina goes alkaline??? I always thought you're supposed to eat acid food for this problem because the pH in the vagina is supposed to be very acidic to be healthy.
Can someone please explain this to me??
