Sorry you had such a bad bout with heartburn. What on earth did you eat?

About the hummous, I make mine fresh and I can put in as much garlic and lemon juice as I want. I put in way more than anyone else would want to eat. Plus I put in olive oil that no one else puts in. I was thinking it might be easier for you to digest if you make it kind of more on the runny side, using lots of lemon juice and OO. And of course, eat with veggies or at least sprouts. Once a seed is a sprout it loses its quality of being almost all fat. A growing thing has mighty powerful properties.

Yes, about the BW pancakes and hummous. I would not eat that combo. When you have pancakes, what do you eat with them?
