Yes, the list of symptoms for Mg deficiency is very long, one ofthem faulty Sugar metabolism. How do you get your Mg, only in concentrace or do you take it before bed at night like some people here.

In my mind I can't figure which comes first, the cart or the horse. Did I have Sugar metabolism problem, which "eats up" the minerals? Or do I have mineral def, esp Mg that CAUSES the Sugar met prob and candida to grow? I'm tossing this around.
