Thanks for your interesting posting...are you basically saying that its better to get the body more alkaline with raw foods...and of course green foods..rather than to take specific herbs or products to kill candida?

I have also suffered with bad reactions when candida dies off..and you wonder how on earth you are meant to heal when doing the so called right things make you also feel rough!
