The water thing... I don't really understand that either, that's it's acidic. But I do have drops I put in my water to alkalize it.

I do think it helps. I can taste the difference... it's smoother. If you are adding concentrace to your water, you may already be alkalizing it. Try dipping one of your pH strips in it? I'm curious to see what you get. Let me know.
