So it seems the remedy would be to eat plenty of raw greens, green drinks, etc. as these are not only cleansing, but also providing the necessary alkalizing minerals. Then after a time, a person could supplement with larger doses of minerals such as Ca & Mg in order to realkalize the system?

Does this seem like a reasonable path to take? Or what would you recommend? Molasses, lemon, what else?
