I'm not sure I can agree with moreless that water by itself is acidifying. I would like an explanation, even if technical, on this.

At any rate, water would surely wash out some of the harmful acidifying wastes and that would raise your pH.

Also, all those minerals you're taking would raise your pH. I think minerals in excess like copper and probably many others if taken in quantity, and of course the heavy metals, would be acidifying. But from what I gather, Mg and Ca are alkalizing, and balanced Na/K are alkaline. Not sure but I think Na may be acidifying if taken in quantity by itself.
