I just wanted to say thank you for your advice. I am trying to learn how to listen to my body - I really believe too that we must have some intuitive sense of what is going on in our bodies- but I get frustrated when I don't understand the message!
So thank you again - I am going to try to back off a bit and see if that lessens it - I am also going to check for food intolerances - I have eliminated quite a bit already - maybe there is something else. But thank you for all your suggestions - I am going to investigate them further.
I wish there was someway of asking the body "What do you need?" and it would tell you in clear plain english!
