Hi Tina. Yes I like Biocares' supplements but their EAP2 you mentioned didnt do anything at all. My mag. levels didnt even move. I was initially offered intramuscular injections because as you said magnesium can be difficult to absorb. I didnt go for the injections because I heard they were very painful but my practioner has had alot of success in getting patients levels up who had previously been unable to absorb magnesium. My gut was in such a bad way most supplements just came out the other end so injections would probably have worked better for me but for now the glycinate is improving the situation - all be it very slowly!
