After trying nearly every form of magnesium the glycinate form has been the only one that has increased my magnesium levels (according to magnesium red cell blood tests). I am impressed but I still plan on trying the liquid minerals (havent tried those) and see if they can get my levels up even further. By the way - if you do plan on trying mag. glycinate - Kirkmans is a good one.
