Subject: First Cleanse results and ?


I did my first cleanse after the flax seed for breakfast yesterday.
Oh well. I did fine until that 4th dose of Epsom Salts which I drank
half of and couldn't keep down. I've gotten about a dozen tan
colored covered green pea stones out and lots of chafe.


Should I take an enema because I can't take any more E Salts! I
still feel very bloated. I'm doing this to clear my liver, I don't
have gallstone problems. Thanks for all your advice so far!
