Thanks for your concern. I am still wary of this diet and know that I am not out of the water yet.

Unfortunately I cannot afford any more tests at this point so cannot provide any scientific evidence. But as they say time will tell.

Lastly, as I keep saying I do not intend to stay on this diet forever, in fact not long at all [3 weeks]. The idea is to bring my pH to a more alkaline state and cleanse somewhat before moving to a fuller diet. I am considering the body ecology type of thing.
