Firstly and most noticably my mood and energy have increased ten fold. My very persistant vaginal thrush is gone, I have no more discharge or itch. Between my toes, which previous to raw were sore, cracked and flaking from tinea, have healed. My skin rashes are soothed. Like I keep saying it is still to early for conclusive evidence, so I will keep you posted along the way.
