I have tried yoghurt with acidophilus capsules emptied into it. It works, but this does not cure you. It will clear it up for a while but it may come back if the underlying candida problem is still present.

This is a recipe I got from some book my mother lent me.
Set aside 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and leave at room temp for a few hours to activate the good bacteria.
Before bed empty 2 acidophilus capsules into yoghurt, stir.
Coat a tampon with the mixture and insert immediately.
In the morning remove the tampon.
Repeat the process around lunch time leaving the tampon in untill just before dinner.
Again before bed, removing in the morning.

This has always been enough to give me relief.
