I just wanted to mention that the raw diet almost destroyed me and I believe that humans are WAY evolved beyond eating a raw diet. In fact there is much evidence to prove that mankind CANNOT live on a raw diet for extended periods without almost certain health problems. I also believe that an 80% carb diet is insanity unless you're hypoglycemic I guess. But that's just an opinion. Anyway, I'd do your homework before you make a radical change like that.
