I believe i took 2- 400mg caps for the first 6or 7 days and then just one aday ..not missing a day till the bottle was gone. (60) in the bottle. I think I should have taken it longer but had a hard time finding any for awhile. Ive read in differnt places its not good to take for a long time and Ive read in other places that its ok, so do what feels good for you. Good luck
