I really appriciate both your replies and views Lapis and Snozberry. I am taking it carefully and intend only to do 80/10/10 for a few weeks. However I will test my PH levels and do the other tests you mentioned snozberry. Most of all, as you both recommend, I will trust my instincts. The one thing I have learned is that not everyone responds well to the same diets and actions.
