Thanks for all that advice - it's really excellent. I must say that I have become a bit obsessed with sleep , or the lack of it and that is part of the problem. You have given me some really good suggestions. I like the idea of sticking newspaper on the walls for the kids to draw on.

I have got four fantastic beautiful children and I think they are the main thing that has kept me going through the dark times.
