altho commercial products made with xylitol do , I am sure.

MSG and Asparatame are in literally every product you buy *(
from fast food to store breads etc.. (even in mouth gargles!)
(much better to quickie make your own)

It is highly addictive and terribly toxic.

Hmmm somewhere I read an article about all the different names
that is is labeled as.

Also as far as pendulum measuring testing,
even aura readings,
one has to be very careful to remain completely unbiased,
or your own thoughts can interfere with outcome,
also there are so many things that can affect out come,
such as one might ask is this bad for me?
and get a yes.. when it might be the aluminum pkg it is in!
if you ask the same question , with item in hand might get yes it is ok.
if it is in gelcaps might get a no,
or powdered form vs bark vs leaf...

some herbs might be no , then some from a different source be ok ..

This is why , I believe in taking into account, my OWN intuition,
and learning to listen to my OWN body,
since what id bad for you might be ok for me..
all dependent on where we both are at in our own journey of health.

IE: I cannot tolerate cooked organic rolled oats as a cereal anymore.
when I used to love it.
My son gobbles it up and thrives on it.

But I can eat organic rolled oats in products I bake
(you can make your own granola and/or bars
very easy in about 15-20 minutes)
And we use oat flour as well as barley flour , etc

Anyhow,
I prefer to listen to my own body,
not negating the person who is doing a pendulum reading,
since I do agree with overall use of pendulums,
and aura/energy readings
but I know there is still a great leeway for error in both.

Hope this is of help to you,
Love,
Ami Joi Beton.
