Actually I don't! Only if I have to go very far to buy a new product and it is expensive. I did it last week because they have changed the composition of the shampoo I use, no doubt to comply with my addiction theory!
Once I find a product that is OK, I buy a whole crate if I can (not food though, I buy everything fresh)! Saves me time! I am VERY pressed for time as now I have the energy back and I want to finish all the projects I had during these last ten years and couldn't finish because I was too weak and spent all the time looking for a cure!
I do test everything I bring from the market (even raw food and meat and fish (sprayed too with MSG!!!!!) on arrival at home. Because when you are hungry, if you have left something in your house which contains MSG, you will choose THAT first. It shouldn't stay in the house, or you could keep it in a separate cupbopard for guests who are addicted.
