With your second post of what you said you eat, etc, it would be most likely you are getting too much NPN - non-protein nitrogen in your diet!

Also your Antibiotics will have caused real problems with your digestive flora!

You will need to review info provided already in many of my other posts and in the archives on these subjects, if you choose to help your self.

For there is too much info to keep repeating it all over again.

Your Acid Alkaline pH Balancing is way out of wack and you are having problems with your sodium and potassium ratios as well as your Calcium and Magnesium ratios and these ratios to each other!!

A diet change and learning is in store for you to help your self!!
