Great read. Think I missed it before, so thx for posting.

BTW is it pantethine we should try using if molybdenum gives us joint stiffness? Happened to me. Maybe I just didn't need molyb anymore. It looks like pantethine is the thing to remedy joint stiffness. Do you remember if there was something else that converts the acetaldehyde? obj
