I have had one for 6 months (just part of the candida infection) but Antibiotics won't help because it's a fungal infection- you need to decrease the level of candida in your body. I really understand how frustrating it is. I've been advised to get a 'neti pot' (all yoga websites seem to sell them) and fill it with warm water, a teaspoon of salt and an increasing amount of 2-20 drops over 2 weeks of Grapefruit Seed Extract. I have to use this once a day (you sort of pour it in one nostril, hold it up there for a bit then let it out of the other nostril) Sounds grim I know but I gather it's fantastic. I start it for the first time today!
