Lapis, what do you think of raw nut butters for protein, since the nuts have not been soaked. Would this be an excitotoxin? And create free radical stress to the phase II detox pathway? I aim to get my detox phases I & II in balance by cutting nutritional, environmental and inner stress. Thx obj
