I could have easily echoed this post OBJ, I will be reading eagerly too.
Broccoli works well raw in salad, as do similar veg. The key is to break it up quite small, so as it does not appear too daunting.
I think sauces/dressings must be vital. Perhaps herbs/spices are used often. Raw food all has its individual taste (especially quality/organic etc) and I know we will learn to love them 'naked', but I feel I need a nice vegan dressing or two to help with transition. Or maybe they do utilise this..? Please reply vegans, I need to know what im facing!

ps I really want to go in full throttle but allowing fruits in immediately seems like a no go. I cant seem to allow that (what I percieve to be a risk) in.
