I was advised NOT to have too many raw foods because although they have maximum nutritional intake they are also cold and damp and create a similiar environment for the candida to grow- DEFINITELY have some warm foods. When i changed this it was a real turning point for me. I have been given the all clear and i have been told STILL to keep to warm foods only so that there's no way it can come back. As bambam says though- everyone's different, maybe try warm foods if you're not feeling any better on raw???
