I don't consider *that* an emergency situation. Trust me, there are many, many worse things that can happen, but when a person finally decides in *that* moment to cut off excuses forever, and take charge...magic happens. I have seen it many times. Even wth people with days or even hours to live. Our mind leads the way.

I study belief systems in depth and I know they steer the ship and manifest physical counterparts/realities. A good indication of how we are creating our realities,(and in many cases disease) a pulse if you will, is to look at the language we use. For instance, if it is chalk full of buts, and ifs, and excuses why one *can't* do a particular thing,(throwing up resistnace) I think it's obvious as to how *that* programs the subconscious mind and then attracts the coresponding ongoing experience.

*Note: I have noted from a search that Tina's sleeping problem has been reported for months. Many people report things ongoing yet are not certain what to do or simply repel the universe's attempt at allowing the needed knowledge in. I understand her frustration and that frustration is actually a good thing. It is her psyche saying "Hey, pay attention, I need help here...body needing help."

This is not a slam, just an honest observation, based on my awareness and because you pose a valuable question that can help many who integrate this distinction.

At what point is *the* point in which one takes control? This is why I say we MUST get in the driver's seat and steer where we are going. The software of our mind must be calibrated to seek harmony, solutions, in an open and exploring fashion as opposed to closing down to new ideas(what a great healer freind I know calls "stuckability").

Did the pills help in the given example? Nope! Even if they did short term it is akin to cutting one's nose off in spite of their face. The end result is negative.

We can continue to ignore the blinking dashboard light and the symptoms will get worse and worse. An interesting saying in the healing arts is "they just haven't expereinced enough pain yet" for when a person is resistant to change.

I wrote this response in the sincere desire that it creates a paradigm shift in people who may be stuck in their thinking about what disease is and what are response to it (for it)should be.

Thanks for posing this excellent question.
