I agree totally with both lapis and moreless on their mindsets and theories. (Good story BTW, moreless, about the cows :)

Though this overall approach would be beneficial for everyone here, what would you say to a person in an emergency situation. Like treelover/Tina who has had no sleep for I don't know how many days and has to take care of 4 little children? What do you tell a person like that to keep them out of the hospital or jumping off the deep end?

Your methods, if started today, still take a number of days or weeks to actualize health. So while they are following your protocols, what should they do in the meantime to get some relief and maybe stop a tragic situation? Eating a 80-10-10 salad for dinner right now may not help Tina to sleep tonight.

Your theories are fine but what about those people who are desperate by the minute and hour by hour?
