I'm not sure whether the questions you have asked are rhetorical or whether you want to know the answers.

I have never done an extended juice fast. I think it could be difficult to fit in with my family/ cooking etc.

I try to eat organic food as much as possible perticularly veg off my mum and dad's allotment.

I probably eat one portion of meat a day, not organic because I just cant always afford it.

I do have a number of mercury Amalgams but haven't had any for about 20 years or more.

I sometimes drink mineral water but mostly tap water made into herbal tea.

I think my emotional health would improve no end if I could only sleep properly.

I am generally happy but I did spend a number of years in avery stressful job which I couldn't cope with and I think that had a big impact on my health.
