WOW all those symptoms are all things i experience
-- brain fog, coldness, low bp, tingling, irratibility, bloatedness... etc
i had a feeling it was all candida related but it feels good to think it isn't all on my mind (like most of the world seems to think) and that it is in fact curable

so what do you do that cured this?
please share with me what formulas of herbs and vits do you take?

i am on the right path but getting frustrated again that i am doomed

and i thought sweet potatos were a no no...?
i've placed potatos on the too sugary/starch list and don't eat them
are they ok after all??

thanks in advance for any time you're willing to spare me
