Please can somebody give me some advice or even explanation?
That would be great.

My widht of my whole waist got ernormously big. My pants don´t fit anymore (I can get into them, but cannot close the buttons).

I am eating less than before the Candida diet. Even more healthy. Lot of vegetables, a lot less carbs (no wheat, gluten products), no dairy.
Of course no alcohol or sweets. Hardly fruits. Just a juice out of the juicer once in a while.
I even go for a run every third day.

But still I am gaining weight.

I consulted a doctor about thyroid problems - and made self-test. They are supposedly fine.

I feel really desperate and hopeless because I don´t know what else to do.

I am open for any advice & meaning & suggestion.
