Hi, thanks for replying. No I have not had it for a long time. But I treat people for it. So I was wanting to know what was useful for most people so I can be more effective in what I prescribe. I usually prescribe oil of oregano, astragalus, Grapefruit-Seed-Extract and a few other things. I am always looking to learn about new things to use. Several people have been asking me about 10-Undecylenic acid. I know all about drugs because there is a lot of information. The problem with herbs is that there is a lot of information out there without the proper types of research. So I have to experiment sometimes. Most of the time I am dealing with non-candida issues, so I try to do research between patients (like now), which is very rare.

Most of my recovery was from diflucan, herbs, water, exercise and a lot of de-stressing. That I find is the best prescription. Let candida be in the background. Do the diet & herbs, but then live your life. Otherwise it will consume you. I know its hard, trust me. I was a wreck, hypochondriac and most misearble person in the world when I had it.

Since I am talking about this I just want to tell everyone that this can be fixed. Go to your doc and tell them, "Listen here are my symptoms. I took anitboitics for a long time, I have been under a lot of stress, etc etc etc. Could we please consider the possibilty that if all my test are negative that I might have candida and not a psychological issue?" Look around for a doctor that will help you if yours doesn't. Call them up and ask if the believe you could have this condition. If they say thats quackery call the next one. But for most I would say follow a protocol on your own. Most doctors will tell you to do what your are doing. One of the best I have seen is by Dr. Colbert called " The Bible Cure for Candida and Yeast Infection". He is a real medical doctor and is well known.

Don't eat you are a POW. In the end that will make it worse.
