There are so many new things to know.

Like...what are salicylates?

I wish with all my heart that we didn't have to research. Probably most people feel that they don't have to be overly concerned, just reasonable, and they will stay well.

That's how I've felt all my life.

Somewhere there is a line we cross, where we go beyond our body's ability to cope. Suddenly we are up against all the things our body has stored, and it's a whole new ballgame.

I'll check out Dr. Amand's suggestions.
