I have found a possible way for discovering a valuable weapon for our cause.
The plaque that builds-up on teeth contain mature candida cells [among other things] and by swishing different supplements or ingestible stuff with water and feeling teeth with tongue, we might come across something usefull. We need to find something which will loosen the plaque. I have tried: hydrogen peroxide, vinager, Nystatin, oregano oil, GSE, goats yogurt and calcium hydroxide {not very ingestible} So if you have a chance and some good ideas, try this and post anything that you find that 'loosens' or even removes the stuff.

I have concluded {my own studies} that our yeast produces and excretes some sort of substance which is a chemical matrix. Likely protien based. It is a plaque that they stick themselves to.------------------Shroom
