I agree Lapis! It is so much easier than cooking and cleaning up etc. I do have to go to Whole Foods a little more often to keep the produce in. But I'm loving it! I'm up to about 70-80% raw.

I makes so much sense to me and have been wanting to go raw since I read Gabriel Cousins' book "Conscious Eating" 6-7 years ago. It took me that long to finally make the plunge in 2005 because I thought it would be difficult but it is not! It's easy, and I feel so much lighter energetically.

It definately resonates with me...
