A tip I can share is to make a soup or stock, then when you blend it blend in raw veg. You will be eating warm soup with raw veggies in but you wont know it.
Broccoli is lovely raw in salads (broken into tiny florets), as is cabbage, cauliflower, carrots etc etc.
