I do not have a microscope, I know what candida looks like because someone told me, a long time ago, when I first saw something white in my stool.

As a general rule, white is yeast (there is only one parasite, the Tapeworm that is also white, but this one is much wider than the threads we see. Wide and flat like a tape, hence its name.)

One the pix on the left side, at the bottom of the page you can see young (mucus) and old (threads) candida, if it is really young it will still be sort of translucid, if it is a bit older it will be whitish. You see both on this picture as well as the adult form, the threads.

On the right end side, you see a candida thread. This one is brown because its been dead in the intestines for a while, usually it will look just like that, but it will white. It will stick out of your stool.

No pictures for these yet, but white or tan color specks are the eggs.
