im having trouble figuring out where exactly alkalizing minerals come from...apparently most raw vegetables nowadays have virtually no minerals, but certain wild plants do?

i remember a while back someone (i think moreless) posted how you can boil vegetable greens and drink the broth to get alkalizing minerals, but how does this work if the plants have no minerals to begin with? im confused!

if somebody could explain what all the best sources of attaining these minerals would be, it would be appreciated! i have a feeling this is a vital step in my healing process.
