Thanks Lapis. That's quite interesting. I've always introduced fruits alone, as fruit meal though, but I can see where it may still accumulate with some undigested things in there :-).
I actually contemplated going completely raw at one time, but feel it would be nearly impossible to follow 100%. I have many days that I am barely able to make myself ANY meal at all, and going raw requires a lot of planning and such. Thanks for that interesting info though and I'll keep it in the back of my mind :-).
