I agree with raw foods being the 'proper' way. Yes animals dont cook. In fact most health lessons come from observing animals - for instance colonics originate fro Taoists witnessing pelicans fill their beaks with water then stick/shoot it up their own...you get the picture!

Again re. seeing undigested food in stools... - CHEW CHEW CHEW!
We are susposed to drink our foods and eat our drink. In other words the average person severly underchews. Food should be chewed to a non solid matter paste.
people are often watching tv etc when eating, not enough attention on task = underchewed food. This will also sit around in gut for a lot longer allowing for Mr candida to once again put his/her napkin on!
