Raw foods digest even worse than cooked for me. I see loads of big ole food chunks when I eat lots of salads ( alas, I love them and eat them sometimes anyway ). Shelley mentioned once that you must have a strong spleen to digest raw foods properly- which I am sure I don't. Good idea in theory though for folks without compromised digestion :-).
