there is a lot of controversey regarding the whole raw cacoa thing. it seems a lot of people swear that its not in fact raw at all as the stuff you buy looks nothing like the stuff that actually comes out of the plant. also be aware that the caffeine levels in raw cocoa are very high, its almost like drinking a cup of coffee if you eat enough. just a word of caution there.
