Hi Michelle,

I was about to label this message, "Psyllium, psyllium and psyllium". Because ONLY with psyllium do I ever manage to help candida threads out. Of course, at first, enemas will do, especiallay ACV enemas, but it seemst to work mainly at the bottom of the intestinal track and when you wanna reach for the other end, you need to do a bowel cleanse.

I am at this point where for a month, I have only seen the specks and young candida in my stool. Last week, I decided to get back to psyllium, just to see if I would find some candida threads in the stool and... I did, not the snow ball of them but one or two here and there. So psyllium is the VERY best in order to help with cholesterol and to help candida out.

Psyllium is a fiber ... but at first it will cause constipation (mostly because once the fiber adheres to a candida thread then that thread goes with the flow of your bowel, but as soon as it meets another thread, it join with it and becomes alive again. Unless the thread is completely surrounded with psyllium, it will go down a few timse (and block the flow of your bm) before it is expelled. Consequently, it is best to use psyllium along with Senne.

I only do one a day, but - back when I expellled snowballs I would do 3 a day (one of them being a P & B shake). If you want to have more than one a day, go easy. Have one a day a few days in a row and then, when you get normal bm, slowly increase.

P & B shakes. The Bentonite clay factor is an important one. Psyllium alone works marvel for the threads. The Bentonite volcanic clay adheres to toxins and help them out (yet causes even more constipation so go easy).

Flax is a good product as well, omega 3 and is a diuretic and people who get a reaction to psyllium (constipation) do very well with the flax cleanse.

On my blog you will find a post by Alex about the flaxseed (linseed) cleanse: "Bowel Cleanse (an alternative to the P & B shakes: Linseed Bowel Cleanse "

Furhtermore, Moreless is quite right about carrots, they are fantastic, because of the combo: fiber, nutrient, vit A and carotene. Did you try the cleansing salad yet (recipe on my blog)?
