enjoy the dr greens! for calcium, just google "calcium sources" and a bunch of charts come up. As for dehydrated crackers, as long as they're not heated above 116 everything is still intact. look for organic sun dried fruits and veggies too. I eat flax crackers everyday that i make myself. lots of Omega-3s, calcium, and certainly not junk food!
