Hi javaman,
You seem to be awful sure of yourself!!

Before you stick your big foot into your mouth anymore, maybe you should take a look into the field of Bio-organic micro-biology and the study of Bacteria growth and Fungi growth and see at what pH levels that each of these different organisms do their growth!!

Check out how they work with each other and how they regulate each other by the pH levels!!

Or if you want to check out someone who is a good Moonshine maker, they could set you straight!!

The end result of Fungus growth is that it causes the body to become more Alkaline to try to correct the over Acidity that has occured in the body, but if the body had not gotten so Acidic in the first place, then the Fungus would not have had a job to do!!

For your statements are way out of the ball park in the wrong direction!!!

Smile Tis your choice.
