Remi, are you saying take 30 probiotics a day? I thought taking 4 apon awakaning, was too much , since the bottle says one or two. and they are so exspendsive.
I only ues nature's sunshine & won't buy the cheaper ones at wal mart , etc.
does it make a difference what brand ?
