i think a lot of the stuff you post about is true, but its is very vague, and it is NOTHING NEW. we are all trying to clean out our digestive tract and eat right at this point. (duh) that is the name of the game.

give yourself a pat on the back for stating the obvious. if it makes you feel special that is fine but please try to be less annoying, and self-righteous about it. im sorry to say you really arent helping at this point, if that is your goal.
