I someone is going to have a drink, would vodka with a sugar-free mixer be the "safest" thing? At least better than beer or wine? I know that any alcohol at all can't be good for candida, but for the OCCASSIONAL drink... Tonight I'm having a cocktail made with a good quality clear vodka, seltzer water sweetened with Stevia, and lime. What do you think?
